Not being able to move the way she once could was frustrating but Pilates became the missing piece in her recovery.

What should I wear? Comfortable clothes that are not too loose. Leggings, joggers, biker shorts, tank tops, or fitted T-shirt are all great options.

Do I wear shoes? Traditionally you don't wear shoes, just your bare feet! However, if you would like you may wear toe socks with grips on the bottom.

How do I pay? Cash, Check, Venmo, or Apple Pay

What is your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel please provide 24 hours notice.

How long is my pilates session? All regular sessions offered are 50 minutes long. Stretch and Mobility class is 30 minutes long.
